At Spray Flavor Co., your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
Because our products are consumable and intended for personal use, we only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need to provide your order number or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@sprayflavor.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@sprayflavor.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different flavor, please return your unopened item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used sprays
- Gift cards
- Promotional or sample items
